You have 14 days from the day you receive your order. Products should be unused and in their original condition.

Here's how to send it back.

  1. Pack the products unused, in their original condition and, where applicable, in their original packaging.
  2. Add a note with your order number.
  3. Send the parcel to:

The direct cost of returning your order is yours. Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you using your original payment method.
