01 · General

The Sézon website is operated by CHOUKE SKINCARE SRL, a company incorporated under Belgian law.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website by consumers for personal use.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

02 · Orders

You can place an order by adding products to your cart and completing the checkout process.

Before placing your order, you will be shown the products you have selected, the total price including applicable taxes and delivery costs, and the available payment methods.

Your order becomes binding once you complete the checkout process and we send you an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as suspected fraud, obvious pricing errors or stock issues. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid.

03 · Prices & payment

All prices shown on our website are in EUR and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery costs are shown separately before you complete your order.

We accept the payment methods available at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

If a payment cannot be completed, we may cancel the order.

04 · Delivery

We currently deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany and Spain.

Delivery times, shipping costs, carriers and return information are explained on our Shipping & Returns page.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once your order has been shipped, your delivery carrier will send you a tracking link by email.

05 · Right of withdrawal

For online purchases, you have a 14 day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. You do not need to give a reason.

To exercise your right, use the Request a Return function on our website. You can also contact us directly using the details below.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the products. The direct cost of returning your order is your responsibility.

We will refund your payment, including the standard delivery cost where applicable, within the legal timeframe. We may wait to issue the refund until we receive the returned products or you provide proof that you have sent them back.

Products should be returned unused and in their original condition. You remain responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

You may use this form to exercise your right of withdrawal, but you are not required to use it.

06 · Liability

We are responsible for delivering products that conform to your order and for complying with the statutory consumer protections that apply to your purchase.

Our products should be used according to the instructions and information provided on the product packaging and website.

Sézon skincare products are intended for cosmetic use. Individual skin reactions may vary. If you have a known allergy or sensitivity to an ingredient, please check the ingredient list before use.

Stop using a product if you experience an adverse reaction and seek appropriate medical advice if necessary.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

07 · Legal guarantee

Our products are covered by the two year legal guarantee applicable to consumer purchases under Belgian law.

The legal guarantee applies to defects or lack of conformity that were not caused by improper use or damage after delivery.

If you receive a defective or non conforming product, please contact us at info@sezonskincare.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will assess the issue and, where applicable, provide the remedy required by law.

This legal guarantee is separate from your 14 day right of withdrawal.

08 · Applicable law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@sezonskincare.com so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

If we cannot resolve the dispute, you may use the applicable consumer dispute resolution procedures available in Belgium.

The courts competent under applicable Belgian law will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules regarding jurisdiction.
